How can I deposit money to my account?
You can deposit money to your account by clicking the “Deposit” button in your Tamcasino account. You can also make your deposits using one of the deposit methods specified on our website by clicking on the "Wallet" section in your account. The accuracy of the information specified in the deposit form is the responsibility of our users and Tamcasino cannot be held responsible for incorrect information entered. In addition, the information entered in the deposit form must be the same as the information of the member making the deposit. Your investment requests are processed by our Tamcasino finance team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How can I withdraw my winnings?
You can make your withdrawal transactions without any interruption by clicking on the "Wallet" section in your tamcasino account and using one of the withdrawal methods specified on our website. You can withdraw the amount in your account if you meet the necessary conditions. For example, if you have a bonus in your account, you can place your withdrawal order after completing all bonus conditions. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in the withdrawal form, and if there is a problem with the information you provide, the order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded to your account. Your shooting requests are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you would like to get up-to-date information and support about withdrawal methods, you can use our Live Support line and contact our customer service representative. When deemed necessary, Tamcasino may use a different withdrawal method other than your preference.
Can I deposit money to my account using someone else's card?
It is not possible to deposit and/or withdraw money to your Tamcasino account using someone else's credit card or any other payment method. You can only make transactions in your own name with your Tamcasino account.
When will my documents be approved for withdrawal?
After you send your documents to us, you will be notified within 12 hours at the latest, and if there are any missing documents in the documents you sent and/or your documents are not approved, you will be notified.
Who can see payment information in my documents?
If you wish, some information in your account documents can only be seen by you. For example, you can turn off the security number of your credit card in your account confirmation documents and/or all numbers except the first 6 and last 4 digits of your 16-digit credit card.
